Smoke-Free
As part of our commitment to providing a healthy and comfortable living environment for all residents, our apartment complex is designated as a smoke-free property. This policy applies to all indoor and outdoor areas of the premises, including individual apartment units, common areas, balconies, patios, and parking lots, unless otherwise designated. Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, and pipes, etc. is strictly prohibited.
We recognize the importance of clean air and the health risks associated with exposure to secondhand smoke. By maintaining a smoke-free environment, we aim to protect the well-being of our residents, visitors, and staff, as well as reduce the risk of fire hazards and property damage.
Residents are responsible for ensuring that they and their guests adhere to this policy at all times. Violations of the smoke-free policy may result in enforcement actions.

Renters Insurance Requirements
To ensure the protection and peace of mind of all residents, our apartment complex requires all tenants to maintain renter's insurance throughout the duration of their lease agreement. Renter's insurance provides coverage for personal belongings in the event of theft, damage, or loss, as well as liability coverage in case of accidents or injuries that occur within the premises. Renters are required to secure a renter's insurance policy that meets our minimum coverage requirements and to provide proof of coverage prior to moving in.

Pet Policy
At Executive House, we understand the importance of pets in our residents' lives and strive to maintain a pet-friendly environment. To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and their furry companions, we have established a pet policy that allows tenants to have a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 30 pounds. We believe this limit helps to maintain a harmonious living environment while also accommodating residents who wish to have pets. Additionally, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations and properly licensed in accordance with local regulations. We encourage responsible pet ownership and ask that tenants adhere to leash regulations and prompt clean up after their pets when in common areas. Our goal is to create a welcoming community where both residents and their pets can thrive.
